11/2009: TerraGraphics attended the 2009 National Brownfields Conference in New Orleans, LA.
Two posters were entered in the national competition, featuring the Bayhorse State Park Project (near Challis, ID) and the Jackson Street Silos Project (in Moscow, ID). The posters are now displayed in the EPA Region 10 office in Seattle, WA.

10/2009: TerraGraphics was the title sponsor for the 2009 Brownfields Redevelopment Conference in Tacoma, WA.
This conference included diverse parties working together to transform contaminated properties into economic success stories. This cooperation focused on a multidisciplinary approach to projects from start to finish.

7/2009: TerraGraphics partnered with the University of Idaho, Blacksmith Insitute, and Green Cross in the comprehensive health response and cleanup strategy for the community of Thiaroye Sur Mar in Dakar, Senegal.

6/2009: TerraGraphics' Boise Office Manager, Jon Munkers, received Idaho Business Review's honor "Idaho Accomplished Under 40".
The Idaho Business Review's program honors 40 Idahoans each year for excelling both professionally and personally in a variety of fields to earn a spot on a coveted roster of the 40 most accomplished people of the year. In 2009, the list of recipients included Boise's Jon Munkers. Jon was honored at an awards dinner on June 23, 2009 and was featured in Idaho Business Review and Boise State University publications.

6/2009: TerraGraphics had a major hand in development of the State of Idaho's newest park.
The Bayhorse State Park officially opened Saturday, June 27th, with a ribbon cutting and ATV tours of the ghost town and mine sites. The park has been a TerraGraphics project for the last several years and represents how mine site cleanup can lead to a really great public use. TerraGraphics prepared the risk management plan, engineered the remedy, and provided construction oversight that converted a lead and arsenic contaminated site into a safe ghost mining town with a variety of uses for the public, including hiking, ATV, and horseback riding.

6/2009: TerraGraphics won the U.S. Department of Interior national award - Partners in Conservation Award, for our role on the Bayhorse State Park Project.

1/2009 - TerraGraphics ranked on Engineers TopList
TerraGraphics is ranked #9 on the Idaho Business Review's Engineers TopList.

10/2008 - New Office in Helena, MT
TerraGraphics opens a new regional office in Helena, Montana.

8/2008 - TerraGraphics hosted Passionately Pink on the Palouse, a fundraiser to benefit the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation. The fundraiser featured live music by Forgotten Freight, wine served by the Wine Company, food catered by Patty's Kitchen, and a variety of desserts. Local businesses, artists, and TerraGraphics employees donated items for a silent auction. The fundraiser was a huge success with over 100 attendees, and over $5,000 raised for the foundation. 6/2008 - TerraGraphics' Environmental Scientist and Boise Office Manager, Jon Munkers, is featured in Building on Brownfields- a Northwest guide to economic and environmental gain through redevelopment. TerraGraphics used ozone sparging technology to clean groundwater contamination on a cleanup/redevelopment project in Twin Falls, Idaho. Full article

6/2008 - TerraGraphics is awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule contract.
